Michael Kuchenbecker advises municipalities, district developers, logistics companies and ministries at state and federal level as managing director of LNC LogisticNetwork Consultants GmbH, among others, on questions concerning the design of inner-city logistics.As a graduate engineer in spatial planning, Michael Kuchenbecker has carried out numerous consulting projects at different location levels in the field of logistics for 25 years. For him, the guiding principle is to work with various actors to successfully implement projects and thus make a contribution to a sustainable logistics.He creates potential analyses, location concepts as well as solution modules, designs participation processes and accompanies the implementation. In addition, he was active for 11 years in the international marketing of the German logistics location and headed the Logistics Alliance Germany (LAG) office for the BMDV in Berlin.
